To assist the Facilities Exec/Officer in carrying out technical aspect of the estate maintenance program.
To work closely with all M&E service providers in carrying out preventive maintenance on all assets within the estate during the DLP.
To carry out handyman duties like simple repairs and rectification works not covered by DLP.
To carry out utilities meter readings.
